I'm not sure what might have happened.
I was just in the store the other day myself and it worked. The shelves only had signs to buy 1 get $.50. I purchased 4 and the $3 catalina did print.
I would call the catalina company with your receipt. 888-8coupon. There might have been something wrong with the machine??
