Have you seen Blogger in draft?  They announced a new template designer last week that will make customizing your own blog a little bit easier!  Check it out! 

You have to pull up your blogger account with draft.blogger.com to experiment with the upcoming features.

Make money by blogging with affiliates

I’ve had several friends ask for links on how to get started monetizing their blog so I thought I’d post them for everyone to take advantage of.  I have experience with all of these sites listed and they are all WONDERFUL to work with.

I am listing each site below with a link to their application.  The application is only the first step of the process but I promise to post additional steps later for those who want more help to Make Money Blogging!  Leave me some comments with any questions I might be able to address quickly, I’d love to. 

Monetize your blog:

Join Logical Media – This is my favorite affiliate for free samples. 

Join MySavings Media This is very similar to Logical Media with similar offers but you will still want to join both as sometimes they offer different payouts and you will want to advertise the one with the top payout.

Join Commission Junction – Very different from the previous two but lots of advertisers to signup with.

Get JuiceBoxJungle Ads to make money as a blogger

I am having internet issues with my satellite so I thought I would talk about a new tool for bloggers.

Simply put – it’s an awesome little widget that will pay you because you have readers who see it in your sidebar.  It is a sponsored video ad player that is embedded in your blog that pays per view.  Per view!! 

Sorry, did you hear me?  Per view, meaning no sales to generate!  Just viewers and a cute little button widget sitting in your sidebar.  And, to put the icing on the cake, your visitors have the option to play the widget and watch the lively parenting videos or not. 

Or not.  And you still get paid by the number of visitors who viewed the widget when your blog loaded.  How cool is that?  Quality ads for your readers when they’re ready to watch and content that is automatically updated without any html code changes necessary.
