Workshop will be at the Burlington Branch Library at 4614 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37924.

Local couponers and other money saving resources will host booths, answer all of your couponing questions, and provide information and education.

The Knoxville Coupon Fair is scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2010, from 9-12 pm at Faith United Methodist Church in Fountain City, Tennessee.  For more information go here.

The Knoxville Coupon Fair IS RESCHEDULED for Feb 27th!

I just spoke with my friend Julya Johnson (meteorologist/weather guru).  She said that the weather will definitely be bad.  Both she and my husband who works in Campbell County said that it is already snowing there and starting to lay on the roads.  Unfortunately we’ll be rescheduling the coupon fair.

Our reschedule date is Saturday, February 27th from 9am-12n.  Almost all of the booth representatives are still planning on being present for the fair, so you’re still in for a treat on the reschedule date.  Please mark your calendars and plan on attending the fair on the 27th.  We look forward to seeing you then!  Please contact me at couponingincriticaltimes@gmail.com if you have any questions

The Knoxville Coupon Fair

Welcome to the locals who came to the Library workshop!

I am absolutely amazed at all of the people who showed up at the Couponing Stretches Dollars workshop yesterday and want to Welcome those of you who are taking the time to stop by to checkout my blog! 

In case you weren’t able to tell from the extra chairs that had to be brought in to accommodate those who were standing up in the rear, there was quite a turnout.  The actual headcount for the night was 130 people!  I had hoped for a full house when I booked the workshop with the library but was unsure of what to expect.

Workshop for Saving Money at the Grocery Store (in KNX)

ANNOUNCEMENT for everyone reading that is in the Knoxville area!

Gabrielle of Couponing in Critical Times will be hosting a Workshop this weekend called Saving Money at the Grocery Store at the Fountain City branch library.  The workshop will be on Saturday, May 30th from 1-2pm and she will talk about how to learn ways to get the most out of your grocery budget.

Topics will begin with a review of money saving strategies for helping to lower household and food expenses. Then, she will explore how coupons and new coupon resources can help you save even more money at the stores.  If you plan on attending and have questions you would like for her to address, please post them in the comments section on her website.

Hello to the Knoxville locals who attended the workshop…

Are you a Knoxville local?  Did I see you today?  Didn’t you think Gabrielle was awesome?  ME TOO!  ; )

Anyways, I wanted to say a quick hello to all the Knoxvillians that attended the Couponing In Critical Times workshop today!  It was so nice getting to see so many people in the community who wanted to learn more information about coupons.  I think that Gabrielle did an amazing job in her presentation and I’m glad that so many of you stopped by to show her your support.

Again…Great Job Gabrielle!  And it was so nice to meet you!

So, now that you’re here on Coupon Mommie I hope you enjoy the site and stick around!  Since most of you that attended the class are new to couponing I want you to know that I am here to help if you need it.  As a newbie, you will have lots of questions so please don’t be afraid to ask! 

Gabrielle touched on alot of things in the workshop and I will try to send out some little tips and links to assist you here online as you begin to learn how to save money!
