Boo!! Target wouldn't let me get a "Free" degree deo. May try it again later with a different clerk. :)

I'm sorry you had a problem. It IS part of the Target Office Corporate Coupon Policy to adjust a coupon down.
I would request to speak with a manager the next time or feel free to call customer service in the store if you experience issues again. You can even request to use the "Red Phone" in the customer service area to call corporate.
