I just tried to print coupon for Keeber Sandie cookies. The coupon program it took me to did not have a coupon. Is this a rip-off to try and get me to buy something else?

No! Coupons.com is a very reputable site to print coupons from, it is not a scam!
The coupons available at coupons.com have limited quantities and can be available for just a few days or all month long. (Sometimes for just a few hours if it's a HOT coupon with limited quantity.)
They also reset at the beginning of each month so I advise printing the ones you would like to have immediately in the future and when you see deal alerts like this.
